     I have a 2008 Chevy Silverado that I am trying to reprogram the ECM after replacing a fuel pump control module on it. This scanner doesn't appear to be able to reprogram even though I watched a video online of an 08 GMC being reprogrammed with one. Am I doing something wrong?

    To Reprogram/Reflash a Vehicle PCM/ECM You Need:
    1. J2534 Pass thru Device   
    2. PC/Laptop with Access to the Internet   
    3. OEM Data Subscription
